Paranormal Investigators here’s your chance!

On occasion, a ghost story that details a tragic death ends with a set date for the paranormal reenactment of the event – a residual haunting. Since I was old enough to think critically about these stories, I wondered why there isn’t a huge gathering of people with cameras and news reporters set up to record and live report from the event.

Here’s another chance for all the paranormal investigators to prepare and document an established residual haunting. Check out this highly amusing and educational cartoon describing the marriage and death of Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII of England. Watch her rise from the grave carrying her disembodied head. Follow the ghostly carriage drawn by headless horses to her birthplace Blickling Hall Legend says this supernatural journey happens on the anniversary of her death, every May 19. So, get moving ghost hunters! Quick, set up your equipment and record this spectacular event. I’m dying to see it.

      1. Everybody knows that the electromagnetic fields interferes with cameras and recording equipment when near a ghost!

        This is common knowlegde.

        1. Aww. Sarcasm. That’s cute.

I saw a report from an investigation group where they noted high EMF reading through the house. They determined (not that the EMFs were making people uncomfortable and the electronics to interfere with each other but) that the high EMFs were attracting the ghosts that were making the weird things happen. There’s some logic…

    1. It’ll be like whenever I propose an actual test of the psychic my brother’s “ghost-hunting” organization works with… you’ll get “it doesn’t work that way.” It never works any way in which an hypothesis can be made falsifiable.

“I’m guessing anyone who takes you up on this idea will suddenly have issues with their recording equipment.”

Yes, but that’s confirmation itself! That’s actually considered a paranormal phenomenon among ghost hunters… dead batteries. My brother would excitedly tell me about how X, Y and Z’s batteries all suddenly went dead on an investigation and how many times something like this has happened and how the spirits drain the energy and… Me:”Did you ever actually *test* all the batteries prior to the beginning of an investigation so you’d know, and there’d be proof, that the batteries were charged and then suddenly went dead?” Dead silence. 🙂 And no, they never bothered to do that afterwards to the best of my knowledge, either. Either that or they did and that explains why I never heard about dead batteries again….
